Questa importante tappa ha creato interessanti sinergie di know-how e un potenziamento delle competenze con nuove risorse manageriali, tecniche e organizzative provenienti sia dal settore moda, che dal mondo automotive e un ampliamento dei reparti produttivi con introduzione di un nuovo sistema gestionale in comune tra tutte le aziende del gruppo e un rafforzamento del settore controllo di qualità. Peraltro, il nostro fiore all’occhiello è sempre stato quello di poter svolgere internamente tutto il ciclo di produzione di un accessorio, diventando veri e propri partner dei nostri clienti, dall’ideazione alla realizzazione e produzione. Ci siamo guadagnati la loro fiducia sviluppando nel tempo metodologie e sistemi ad hoc per ogni progetto, con una precisione certosina nella selezione e check finale degli articoli prodotti”.
