La pelle al vegetale di Montana contiene una percentuale di oltre il 95% di componente BIO BASED. Garantisce inoltre l’assenza di metalli pesanti e sostanze tossiche come coloranti azoici, nichel, bisfenolo e cromo VI. Prova costante di questo impegno è l’adesione di Montana al protocollo internazionale ZDHC che si propone di abbattere l’impiego di sostanze chimiche pericolose, fino ad eliminarle. L’intero processo produttivo è garantito dalle certificazioni LWG Argento, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 e dalle attestazioni UNIC e ICEC per la sostenibilità etica e sociale. In 1994, the company became a founding member of the CONSORZIO VERA PELLE AL VEGETALE (TRUE VEGETABLE-TANNED LEATHER CONSORTIUM). The objective is to carry on the most ancient tanning tradition to obtain completely natural leathers through a production process that has the least possible impact on the environment. The Montana company’s vegetable-tanned leather contains a percentage of over 95% BIO BASED components. It also guarantees the absence of heavy metals and toxic substances such as azo dyes, nickel, bisphenol, and chromium VI.
