Artisanal care and industrial organization
Established in 1972, Ricci Enrico Srl bears the name of its founder. Over the years, the company has undergone a process of continuous development: from a small artisan workshop that produced mignon and edgings for shoes, it has become a structured company that develops accessories for the big fashion brands.
Today the second generation also works in the company and, taking advantage of the time-honoured heritage of knowledge, it focuses on the strength of innovation by proposing innovative and technically performing solutions.
The main core business remains shoe manufacturing, but production has expanded to include semi-finished products for the leather goods and apparel sectors. The range of processes also includes the application of studs and digital printing on leather.
«Our prerogative is to have an open interchange with our clients in order to understand their needs both from a technical and stylistic perspective, and to give them the best in quality, performance, and resistance, focusing on maximum customization - explains Gianluca Ricci ».
To do this, the company carries out a great deal of research to propose new ideas, techniques, and materials. The digitization of the company is among the projects on the table, with the aim of creating a data management system to allow a real-time dialogue with clients.
