Nature is the greatest designer. Nicolas Ghesquière described Supernatural, Louis Vuitton’s Fall Winter 2026 women’s collection, as a tribute to the natural world expressed through the transformation of materials.
Leather takes centre stage, crafted to reproduce the grain of wood and the textures of flowers and plants, while 3D-printed resin creates buttons resembling minerals and heels inspired by deer antlers.
These sophisticated techniques highlight the maison’s savoir-faire, demonstrating how material research can become the true creative language of a collection.
