Embroidered pony hair, perforated leather, beaded fringes and exotic skins: Fendi once again brings a series of new re-editions of its iconic Baguette bag to the runway, revisiting some of the Maison’s historic craftsmanship techniques. Among them is the “Pergamena” lambskin version, featuring black nappa leather inserts and metal studded frames, inspired by Fendi luggage from 1933 and already available for pre-order on the Maison’s website.

The Baguette 26424 Re-Edition project was born with Maria Grazia Chiuri’s debut show at the helm of the Roman brand and was presented more concretely during Milan Design Week with around twenty models.
This season, the designer continues the process of celebrating Fendi’s heritage and introduces a new addition: a Baguette designed to hold the one object we simply cannot do without anymore — our phone.
