From the effect of layering bracelets and chains worn together in a carefully chaotic way, to the bold statement of a single jewel stealing the spotlight, jewelry is undeniably experiencing a season of stardom. The Fall/Winter 2025-2026 runways have crowned maxi necklaces, bangles, and brooches as the rulers of the look. And the numbers agree: according to Statista and Altagamma, the jewelry market will surpass $340 billion in revenue in 2025 (+4.5%), proving to be the sector that has held up the most—not only in high jewelry but also in the mid-range with so-called fashion jewels, increasingly appealing to consumers.

The result is a clear return to maximalism, with runway pieces mixing gold, silver, and rose gold in oversized proportionsBrooches are a must (even for men), whether playful or precious. The necklace takes the stage: from Dsquared2’s extreme chokers to Prada’s mesh collars adorned with colorful gemstones cut like emeralds or diamonds, to Gucci’s long golden chains featuring the iconic horsebit turned into a maxi charm. Pearls, from Dior to Chanel, are back in the spotlight with decisive volumes. Bangles are the must-have bracelet: Louis Vuitton plays with a matte finish on rigid plexiglass cuffs lit up by semi-precious stones, while Balmain sculpts metal into waves that wrap around the wrist.

And what about earrings? Long metal tassels dangle from the lobes, reviving the spring trend of dancing charms and details on bags and belts, spotted on the runways of McQueen and Dries Van Noten. The rule is clear: more is more. A bold farewell to quiet luxury, embracing the golden age of accessories that will brighten our winter.
