Designing templates/pallets for field stitching machines based on clients’ bag models

The Tego company manufactures special sewing machines for the leather goods sector and templates/pallets for automatic sewing machines of all makes.

The Tego company’s machines facilitate and optimise the production of stitching for rigid bags and belts; for the latter, they provide the client with a side trimming machine which, by performing a radial cut, obtains the rounding of the edge, a “plus” for the product.

The company also produces machines for making bag handles, which help the operator to couple the leather with the backing, and specific trimming machines. It also specialises in the production of machines for bags with a rigid structure, capable of producing seams on the sides of bags, on the bottom, or with very accentuated edges, which are impossible with standard stitching machines.

The company’s core business is the design of custom templates for automatic machines made to the bag model supplied by the client, with advantages in speed, precision, and quality of work.
